Goal Oriented Therapy

Person with light brown hair wearing a gray shirt, standing outdoors with arms crossed.

Therapy does not have to be scary or overwhelming; sometimes a little humor can help. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am a solution-focused therapist. I work with teenagers and adults, individuals 13 and older. My goal is to work towards people not needing to see a therapist and being able to have skills to cope on their own. I collaborate with clients to figure out treatment goals to know what their individual therapy entails.

I specialize in trauma, have advanced training in PTSD treatment, and am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy. I also works with clients who have anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, social anxiety, OCD, depressive symptoms, and who are adjusting to new situations (family changes, jobs, moving, etc). I practice exposure and response prevention for OCD.
