Goal Oriented Therapy

Person with light brown hair wearing a gray shirt, standing outdoors with arms crossed.

Therapy does not have to be scary or overwhelming; sometimes a little humor can help. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am a solution-focused therapist. I work with teenagers and adults, individuals 13 and older. My goal is to work towards people not needing to see a therapist and being able to have skills to cope on their own. I collaborate with clients to figure out treatment goals to know what their individual therapy entails.

I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and PTSD, drawing on advanced training and certification in Cognitive Processing Therapy. I also offer evidence-based treatment for insomnia through formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). In addition, I work with clients experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, social anxiety, OCD, and depressive symptoms, as well as those navigating major life transitions such as family changes, career shifts, or relocation. My approach to OCD treatment includes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a research-supported intervention.
