Appointments and Location

I am able to see you at my office or virtually. I am located at 233 Hydraulic Ridge Road, Suite 204 Charlottesville, VA 22901.

If you're turning into Albemarle Professional Court from Hydraulic Road, proceed around the first building, which is Building 233. Park in the back of the building and look for a door marked with "233" and suite number "204" underneath it. Once you enter, go up the stairs, and the suite entrance will be on your right. Upon entering the suite, you'll find a waiting room that offers coffee and snacks.I will come out to greet you when I am available.

Fees and Insurance

My out-of-pocket fee for therapy sessions is $130. However, I accept a variety of insurance policies; Aetna, Cigna, Oxford (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum), Oscar (Optum), Anthem BCBS (many plans), Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health. I am also in the process of being credentialed with Sentara Health.
